Notes
- Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted after registration is completed.
- The early registration fee will apply if both registration and payment are completed by 18:00 on Thursday, April 16. Please note that registration will be closed from 18:00 on April 16 to 8:00 on Friday, April 17.
- Medical staff refers to non-physician healthcare professionals, including nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, and PhD researchers. Employees of pharmaceutical companies or other healthcare-related companies are not included in this category.
- Students and residents are eligible for free registration; however, submission of valid identification is required. Please upload the required document as a PDF or image file (JPG or PNG) via the online registration system.
-Students: Student ID card
-Residents: A certificate issued by the training institution
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance are issued at the registration desk to onsite participants upon request. Please ask the registration staff if you need one.
Payment Method
Registration fees can be paid by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.
Note
After completing your credit card payment, please check that you have received an email with the subject
“Payment Confirmation:The 66th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Respiratory Society.”
If you have received this email but your registration status still shows “Unpaid” on the registration system, or if you have not received the payment confirmation email containing your ID and password for online viewing, please do not proceed to the payment screen again. Instead, contact the inquiry desk listed below.
The Registration Support Office will verify your latest registration status.
Receipt Issuance
If you require a receipt, please issue it from My Page in the online registration system.
- The receipt will be dated on the payment completion date.
- The recipient name on the receipt can be specified in the registration system.
- Please note that a single receipt cannot be issued for multiple registrations.
Onsite Participation
Participants attending the conference onsite are requested to present the registration confirmation, issued after completing advance registration, either as a printed copy or displayed on a smartphone or other device at the registration desk.
After confirming your registration, you will be provided with a name badge and a certificate of attendance.
