3) Abstract text / CV / Facial Portrait

Invited Lecture, President Lecture

The title of abstract is within 20words.
The abstract should not exceed 450words of plain text in English. We would like you to submit CV within 200words and your facial portrait.

International Symposium / Luncheon・Coffee Break seminar

The title of abstract is within 20words.
The abstract should not exceed 200words of plain text in English. We would like you to submit CV within 200words and your facial portrait.

Call for Papers

The title of abstract is within 20words.
The abstract should not exceed 160words of plain text in English.

Young Investigator

The title of abstract is within 20words.
The abstract should not exceed 160words of plain text in English.

4) Encore Abstract

  • In accordance with the Society's policy of promoting internationalisation, abstracts presented in the ATS, ERS or APSR are also acceptable to present in this annual meeting.
  • Encore presentations may be accepted but must be identified as such by adding the phrase 'Encore Presentation' at the end of the body text.
  • Encore presentations will be accepted only if they are extremely useful to members of the Society.
  • Abstracts presented overseas will be accepted, but abstracts presented in any domestic conferences, including this one, will not be accepted.
  • Published full papers will be accepted if they were published within the past year. New content must be added.

5) International Session Award

JRS International Session Awards will be presented to three researchers for their outstanding presentations in English Poster/Oral Sessions. This award aims to encourage researchers with a global perspective. Three winners will each receive 50,000 yen.

Eligibility:
・Members of JRS, APSR, ERS, or ATS
・45 years old and under within the year of the conference
・Presentations other than research made while studying abroad
・Have not received the International Session Award in the past

6) Conflict of Interest (COI)

All authors are required to disclose any Conflict of Interest (COI) with a biotechnology manufacturer, a pharmaceutical company, or other commercial entity that has an interest in the subject matter or materials discussed in the manuscript within the period of 36 months prior.
The corresponding author is required to complete the form below with information from all the authors listed in the manuscript.

7) Declaration of Ethical Review (Domestic Presenters Only)

According to the research content, medical research guideline such as a Clinical Trials Act or Ethical Guideline for Life Science and Medical Research Involving Human Subject must be observed. Currently, Japanese Respiratory Society is in the process of establishing Ethical Review Standard for registration and presentation of research abstract involving human subjects. For this year, in the case of research involving human subjects are required to make a declaration at the time of abstract submission as to whether ethical review have been made at each facility regarding the contents of the presentation.

8) Abstract Submission ID / Password

After submission you will obtain abstract submission ID and reference and updating password. Please record them for further correspondence.

Please note that the copyright of registered abstracts belongs to the Japanese Respiratory Society.
